Full Service
Enhance Strata is a full-service, strata management company. We provide management to all residential, commercial, industrial, retail and mixed-use Owners Corporations, BMC’s, Community, Neighbourhood and Precinct Associations throughout metropolitan Sydney.
Strata Schemes
Each strata property is unique which is why we tailor our service to suit your requirements. As a Licensed Strata Managing Agent, we work with the Strata Schemes Management Act 2015 to manage your property. We undertake regular site inspections, engage with each Strata Committee, Owners Corporation and individual owners.
Building Management Committees
Enhance Strata specialise in managing Building Management Committees (BMC’s). The details on how to manage a BMC are set out in the Strata Management Statement and the Schedule of Shared Facilities. At Enhance, we take you through the document and explain how your BMC works including the cost share and the financials. We have successfully amended the cost share agreements of five (5) BMC’s showing our in-depth knowledge and negotiating skills.
Community, Neighbourhood and Precinct Associations
At Enhance we are experienced at reading and interpreting Community Management Statements, Precinct Management Statements and know how to work well with subsidiary Strata schemes. Our skill is in looking at the big picture and understanding how all of the properties interact. We explain this to our owners and bring you along on the journey of exceptional management for your property.
